The Show – with RnB with Six15
Six15 are here to bring the party to Detroit. "Rhythm and Blues" commonly known as R&B, is a musical genre developed by Black Americans in the 1940s that's been continuously refined through the present day. R&B derived from gospel, jazz, folk, and traditional blues music and emerged in tandem with rock 'n' roll. Abbey and Ryan Ford are here to give us the tantalising performances that will pull on our heartstrings and bring us to our feet incessantly.
Along the way ‘90s R&B featured massive vocal talents and superstars who not only soundtracked and represented Black lives, but the pop culture at large — setting a widely followed blueprint for the icons and living legends of the 2000s and beyond. Be sure to be feeling nostalgic after this beautiful set brought to you by Abby and Ryan Ford.
